We currently ship to the United States using USPS. We normally have the order ready for shipping within the next 3 business days. For delivery timeframes, please refer to the USPS website.
Returns and Refunds
We pride on the quality of our merchandise. Each piece is handcrafted using the best tools and conditions, and the materials are obtained from reliable suppliers.
In the event of any defect of manufacture or materials that is not caused by normal wear and tear and reasonable usage, we will gladly accept the merchandise back for a repair or replacement. We can only provide same item replacements and in case the item is not available any more, we will issue store credit. We only refund the price of the defective product, and for sanitary reasons, we can not accept return of earrings.
Also, if for any reason you are not happy with the product you purchased from us, contact us. If possible, we will credit your funding source back.
In any return event, you are responsible for any shipping charges; we only refund the price of the item being returned.
To obtain a refund or arrange a return, you must contact us first to receive a Return Authorization Code. Then ship the item back to us in new/unopened condition within 14 days of receiving it, and we will credit you back. Again, shipping charges are your responsibility.
